Include a summary in the Subject Line and as much detail as possible in the email. If the issue is service affecting and you cannot perform your job, please put the word "Urgent" in the subject line so Dispatch knows to prioritize it.
Any of these methods will create a service ticket that will then be dispatched to a technician for resolution.
